These terms apply when you visit Offline Peptides, open an account or place an order. Please read them, and our Privacy Policy, before you buy.

Accepting these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 21 years old. If you order for an organization, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
Research use only
Offline Peptides supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers. Materials are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification and laboratory evaluation. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.
By ordering, you confirm that:
- you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of one, for legitimate laboratory research;
- no product will be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic or cosmetic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion or administration;
- you will store, handle and dispose of products safely, as a trained professional, and in line with all applicable laws.
Product identity and analytical documentation describe laboratory materials only. No content establishes suitability for human or animal use. We do not provide preparation, dosing or administration guidance. Read our Research-use Policy before ordering.
Who we sell to
We sell only to qualified research customers: academic or university laboratories, commercial or industrial laboratories, contract research organisations, government or non-profit institutions, and independent researchers. Personal use is prohibited. We may ask you to verify your identity, age or research affiliation before or after an order, and may decline or cancel any order, or close any account, at our discretion, including where we believe products may be used outside research.
Restricted materials and cancellation
We may cancel and refund any order that is inconsistent with our Research-use Policy, including orders for restricted materials and orders where the stated use, buyer type or destination does not match qualified laboratory research.
Orders, prices and payment
- An order is accepted when it ships. Until then we may cancel it, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and will refund anything you paid.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Discounts from offers such as Build a Box, bulk orders or research bundles replace the sitewide discount; they do not combine unless we say so.
- You authorize us, and our payment providers, to charge your payment method for each order and, for plans you choose, each renewal.
Plans, points and bundles
- Build a Box: a monthly plan of your chosen vials. It starts with three monthly deliveries, billed month by month, and can be cancelled at any time after the third.
- Membership: paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Benefits and earning rates are as shown on the Membership page when you join, and may change with notice.
- Points: earned on shipped orders and worth $1 for every 100 at checkout. Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and may be removed if earned through a cancelled or refunded order or through misuse.
- Research bundles: a shared bundle page is published under the name you choose, or none. Its link gives buyers the stated discount and earns you points. We may take down any bundle page, and cancel its rewards, if it breaks these terms.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy; lost, stolen, damaged and incorrect orders by our Refund & Return Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Your account
Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
What you may not do
- Use the website or products for any unlawful purpose, or outside laboratory research.
- Describe, promote or advise on the use of any product in humans or animals, anywhere, including in reviews, social media or referrals.
- Resell or supply products for human or animal use, or present them as fit for human or veterinary use.
- Misrepresent who you are, interfere with the website, or access it by automated means without our permission.
Breaking these rules may lead to cancelled orders, a closed account and forfeited points or commission.
Partner program
Partners are also bound by the Partner Terms & Compliance.
Our content
The website’s text, images, product photography, certificates and branding belong to Offline Peptides or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except to share links to our pages.
Warranties and liability
We warrant that each lot matches its published certificate of analysis when it ships. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the website and products are provided “as is”, without other warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, Offline Peptides is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside laboratory research, and its total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Offline Peptides against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your use or handling of products, or any statement you make about our products to others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts in Texas, except where the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
