Processing and dispatch
Orders placed and paid by 1:30 PM CT (Central Time), Monday to Saturday, ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays or on US federal holidays ship on the next shipping day.
Orders paid by bank transfer (ACH) ship once the payment has cleared. We may hold an order to verify its details before it ships; if we do, we will contact you.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping is free on orders over $199. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Members on the Insider plan and above get free standard shipping on every order; VIP and Founder members get free 2-day shipping. See Membership.
- Build a Box deliveries ship free by 2-day delivery. See Build a Box.
- Bulk orders (10 or more units of a product) ship free by 2-day signed delivery, with an adult signature required on arrival. See Bulk orders.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We may decline to ship to any address, or to any destination where the products may not lawfully be received.
Check your shipping address before you order. A package returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order with your order number and email address.
Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control.
Packaging and documentation
Every vial is packed to protect it in transit. Each vial label carries the product name, lot number and a research-use-only statement, and the matching Certificate of Analysis is available in the COA library. Material-specific laboratory storage conditions are stated in the lot documentation.
We are not responsible for products stored or handled contrary to the laboratory documentation after delivery.
Shipment protection
Every order is covered at no extra cost. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund it in full. Report it within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, for a missing package). See our Refund & Return Policy for how to make a claim.

Offline Peptides supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials. All materials are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical use by qualified research customers. Products are not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration.
