What we collect
Information you give us:
- your name, email address, phone number and shipping and billing addresses;
- your orders, plans, points and, if you are a partner, your partner code and payout details;
- the messages you send us, and the answers you give on our forms and at the research-use check.
Card details are entered with our payment providers and are never stored by us.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device, the pages you visit, how you arrived, and cookies (see below).
How we use it
- to process, ship and support your orders, plans, points and bundles;
- to run your account and, for partners, to track referrals and pay commission;
- to verify eligibility, prevent fraud and keep the website secure;
- to send order and account emails, and marketing if you have agreed to it;
- to understand how the website is used and improve it;
- to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with those who help us run Offline Peptides, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners;
- email, text message, hosting and analytics providers;
- professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized, under this policy.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your research-use confirmation and your cart, keep you signed in, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
Emails and texts
Marketing emails and texts are sent only if you sign up for them, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Unsubscribe with the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and other information for as long as your account is open or we need it for the purposes above. Then we delete or anonymize it.
Security
The website is served over encrypted connections, payments go through PCI-compliant providers, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have further rights under its privacy laws. Email us to make a request; we will verify it is you and reply within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Age
The website is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and delete it if we learn we have.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the website or by email.
