Refund Policy
Covered in transit, made right fast.
Research compounds can’t be taken back once they have left us, so this policy covers what can go wrong on the way: loss, theft, damage and errors.

What is covered
- Packages lost or stolen in transit.
- Vials that arrive broken, cracked or leaking.
- The wrong product or vial size, or items missing from your order.
- A lot that does not match its published certificate of analysis. Review the lot-specific analytical results in the COA library.
For any of these, we will send a replacement or refund the affected items in full, including any shipping you paid on them.
What is not covered
- Returns for a change of mind, or for products you no longer need.
- Products that have been opened, altered, or stored or handled contrary to the laboratory documentation after delivery.
- Claims reported more than 14 days after delivery.
- Packages undeliverable because of an incorrect address given at checkout.
How to make a claim
- Take clear photos of the vials, the labels (with their lot numbers) and the packaging as soon as you notice a problem.
- Email support@offlinepeptides.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and the photos. For a missing package, tell us the expected delivery date.
- We review every claim and reply within 2 business days. Approved replacements ship on the next shipping day.
Claims are reviewed individually. We may ask for more information, and may decline claims that are incomplete, inconsistent or unusually frequent.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Points used on the order are returned to your points balance.
Build a Box and memberships
Build a Box plans start with three monthly deliveries and can be cancelled at any time after the third. Each delivery is covered by this policy like any other order.
Membership fees are not refunded for a billing period that has already started. You can cancel before the next renewal.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships. Orders ship the same day when placed by 1:30 PM CT, so contact us as soon as possible.
